Privacy Policy

This explains what personal data we collect when you apply to Sell Right Certified Closers, why, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Who we are
Sell Right provides sales mentorship and coaching in Singapore, and operates sellrightasia.com and closers.sellrightasia.com. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Sell Right.

What we collect
- When you apply. Your name, mobile number, email address, age range, what you are doing now, your sales experience, how you would describe yourself, how much time you could give, why you want to get into sales, anything you tell us about what has held you back, and how you heard about us.
- When we speak with you. Notes from our conversations about your fit for the programme, and later about your progress through mentorship and certification.
- When you contact us directly. Your contact details and the content of your message.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics or cookies of our own on this page. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and testimonial videos are hosted on YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you press play.
Why we use it
- To assess your application and decide whether the programme is a good fit for you.
- To contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your application.
- To run your mentorship and certification, if you join.
- To match you with a partner company, if you are certified and agree to it.
Your consent, and taking it back
By sending an application and ticking the consent box, you agree to us using your personal data for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing or messaging us. We will then stop using your data and delete your application, unless a legal reason requires us to keep part of it.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
- Partner companies. We only share your details with a partner company after we have spoken with you and you have agreed to be put forward to that company.
- Service providers. Applications are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets), and we use standard business email, WhatsApp and video-call services to stay in touch with you. Data passes through these providers only so we can run the programme.
Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep your application for as long as we need it for the purposes above. If your application does not go ahead, we keep it only while there is a reasonable chance of a future intake being a fit, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Keeping it secure
Applications go into a private spreadsheet that only Sell Right can open. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause significant harm, we will notify the people affected and the Personal Data Protection Commission, as the PDPA requires.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you, and how it has been used in the past year.
- Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete data we no longer have a reason to keep.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the current version always lives at this address.
