Why this exists
Most people’s picture of sales is someone pushing. That’s the part we’re here to change.
A lot of people would be good at sales and never try, because pressure is the only version they’ve seen. The ones who do try often burn out within months. Talent isn’t usually the problem. Nobody showed them a better way to sell.
The better way is slower at the start and lasts far longer. You learn what a buyer actually needs, help them see what it’s costing them, and only then recommend something. People buy because it fits.
Vision
To bring new hope to the sales industry across Southeast Asia.
A region where sales is a profession people are proud to choose, and selling the right way is how you win.
Mission
To build the people who carry ethical, consultative selling forward.
Certified Closers is how we do that for individuals. Starting in Singapore.
How it works
Six stages. Application to your first months on the job.
- 01
Apply
About three minutes. There are no wrong answers about your background.
- 02
A conversation about fit
We call to understand where you are and what you want from sales. If this isn’t the right path for you, we’ll say so.
- 03
Mentorship
You work through the Sell Right method with a mentor: how to open, which questions matter, how to recommend without pressure. You practise on real conversations.
- 04
Certification
You’re certified on how you actually sell, assessed on live conversations. A quiz doesn’t count.
- 05
Placement
Certified closers are matched with partner companies, in an industry that suits your background and the way you sell.
- 06
Mentorship continues
We don’t hand you over and disappear. Sell Right keeps mentoring, monitoring and coaching you after you start.
The method you’ll learn
Open wound→Add salt→Provide plaster
The Doctor’s Selling System. Find out what the buyer is actually dealing with, help them feel what it’s costing them, then recommend what fits. A doctor never hands you medicine before asking where it hurts.
In their words
People Ryan has coached.

Who mentors you
Ryan Wong is an introvert. He still isn’t the loudest person in the room.
He started out door knocking at an education sales organisation, and ranked in the top 2 of a team of more than 100, five years running. Personality wasn’t what got him there, so it isn’t what you need either. What got him there was a way of selling he could repeat, and that’s what he teaches.
One rep he mentored came from a 9-to-5 in facilities management with no sales background. Cold calling was a struggle, and so was meeting people. Today he sells full time and closes from his own network of founders.

Questions
What people ask first.
Do I need sales experience?
No. Many of the strongest reps Ryan has mentored started with none. Being coachable and willing to practise matters more.
I’m an introvert. Can I really do this?
Yes. The method is built on asking good questions and listening properly, which tends to suit quieter people. Ryan is one himself.
Is this a course?
No. A course hands you information and leaves you to work out the rest. This is mentorship on your actual conversations, a certification you earn by how you sell, and support that continues after you’re placed.
Am I guaranteed a placement?
Placement follows certification and depends on fit with a partner company. We’ll be straight with you at every stage about where you stand.
Who is it not for?
Anyone after a quick certificate for their CV, anyone who wants to close by any means, and anyone who isn’t open to feedback on their real conversations.
What happens after I apply?
We read every application. If it looks like a fit, we’ll message you on WhatsApp to arrange a conversation.
